Three men are being questioned after a large haul of drugs was found in a raid in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Two men from Liverpool and a third from Gwynedd were arrested when detectives carried out a search at an undisclosed address on Wednesday morning (15th April).
Class A controlled drugs and cash were seized in the raid. The three suspects are being held at Caernarfon police station.
District Inspector Matt Geddes said the raid followed tip-offs from the public: ”I would like to thank and praise members of the local community who have provided the information required for us to take this positive action today.”
”Without their help it is so much harder for us to target the organised criminals who travel into our communities to exploit vulnerable individuals for their own gain.”
”We will continue to take such action to protect the communities we serve and target those who are most harmed by organised crime groups trying to operate in our area.”
