Two women have died after a car hit a lorry in south Gwynedd.
The A487 was closed between Garndolbenmaen and Penmorfa after the collision involving a red Volkswagen Polo and a right flatbed yellow HGV at around 3.30pm on Wednesday afternoon (15th July).

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward.
Sergeant Emlyn Hughes from the Roads Policing Unit said: ”Sadly this is being investigated as a fatal road traffic collision and our thoughts remain with the family of those who died.”
”I am urging anybody who may have witnessed the collision, or anybody who was travelling along the A487 just prior to the collision and who may have dash cam footage to come forward.”
”We now need to piece together what happened, so anybody who has information that could assist with the investigation is asked to contact us urgently.”
