Detectives are still appealing for anyone who witnessed the attack to come forward. They also want to hear from anyone who saw a man ”unsteady on his feet” between Holborn Road, Victoria Road and Thomas Street between 10am and 11am last Tuesday.
DCI Brian Kearney, senior investigating officer, said: ”Despite two individuals being charged, I would continue to appeal for any witnesses who saw the victim, David John Jones also known as DJ, between 1000hrs and 1100hrs in Holyhead to come forward.”
”We will continue to conduct enquiries locally. Our thoughts remain with David’s family at this tragic time.”
