Two bus drivers working for a firm which lost its licence have been cleared of conspiring to commit fraud.
Prosecutors have dropped charges against Michael Munson (52) of Llanllechid, near Bangor, and Aled Wyn Davies (41) of Rhosgadfan.
They were accused of counting more cheap travel tickets than were sold in order to make dishonest earnings while working for Penygroes-based Express Motors. The allegations, also involving company directors, dated between June 2012 and September 2014.
Both Mr Munson and Mr Davies were found not guilty on Wednesday at Caernarfon Crown Court.
Another five men deny similar charges and will go on trial in September.
Express Motors lost its licences to run public bus services at the end of last year, after the Traffic Commissioner for Wales ruled the company had falsified some of its maintenance records.
