Three men have been questioned after a drugs raid in Newborough.
Detectives say a large haul of suspected heroin and crack cocaine was found in a search at an undisclosed address in the village on Wednesday. Cash was also seized in the operation.
The suspects – a 28 year-old man from Liverpool, a 20 year-old from Bangor and a 34 year-old Newborough man – have been released on bail but are still under criminal investigation.
The raid was carried out as part of Operation Rattle – the ongoing crackdown by North Wales Police into drug dealing and supply in the region involving orangised crime gangs.
