Detectives on Anglesey have questioned three people as part of an investigation into modern day slavery.
Two local men were arrested during a raid at an undisclosed location on Tuesday by specialist officers from North Wales Police’s priority crime and modern day slavery unit.
A third person was later detained – all of the suspects have been released on bail but remain under investigation.
In a statement on Wednesday, police said support agencies were on hand to offer specialist services to potential victims.
District Inspector Andy Gibson said: ”We are committed to protecting the most vulnerable in our society and making north Wales the safest place to live in the UK.”
No further details are available but a spokesperson said: ”Our enquiries are ongoing, & more information will be released when possible.”
