Police were called to a holiday camp where a Caernarfon woman was staying just hours before she died.
An investigation is continuing into the death of Sioned Evans at Pontins in Prestatyn. The mother-of-three went into cardiac arrest during a family holiday on Saturday morning (1st September).
Detectives have ruled out any suspicious circumstances, but officers visited a chalet where Ms Evans was staying during the night. No further details about the initial visit have been disclosed.
At around 7.25am that morning, police returned with paramedics to the chalet after Ms Evans fell ill. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Superintendent Nick Evans from North Wales Police said on Tuesday: ”We would like to extend our condolences to the lady’s family and friends.”
”The full circumstances of this lady’s death and the earlier visit by police officers continue to be examined, as would be expected following such a sad and untimely loss of life. However, at this time there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.”
