A court has heard a lorry driver was three times over the drink drive limit on the A55.
Tomas Ambrazas was caught by police driving erratically near Gaerwen on Wednesday night (2nd December).
He failed a roadside breath test after giving a reading of 111 micogrammes of alcohol in his blood – the legal limit is 35.
Ambrazas, 51, from Newry, Northern Ireland, was sentenced to eight weeks in jail, suspended for a year, when he appeared before magistrates in Caernarfon on Thursday.
He was also banned from driving for two and a half years and told to pay £85 in costs and a victim surcharge of £128.
