A man is being questioned by police after a young girl was knocked down by a car in Llangefni.
Police say the collision occurred on the Pencraig estate at around 4.40pm on Sunday afternoon (7th June). The suspect remains in custody.
The child was taken by air ambulance to the Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool – her condition remains unknown.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said two air ambulances, two emergency ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who saw the collision to contact the North Wales Police control room on 101.
