An ex-football press officer will go on trial in the New Year, accused of child sex abuse.
David Daniel Hayes denies thirteen charges, including sexual assault and inciting a girl between 2012 and 2015. The former Bangor City press officer was captured in Spain last July following a three-year manhunt.
Hayes was already facing nine charges – but prosecutors put forward another four counts of rape against a boy when he appeared at Mold Crown Court on Friday. He pleaded not guilty.
Hayes (40), now of Llanrwst, was remanded in custody – the trial, expected to last five days, is due to begin on Monday 11th February 2019.
