Bonfire Night 2017 displays – Anglesey and Gwynedd

FRIDAY 3RD NOVEMBER

Amlwch – Cae Madyn: community event with music by MAD. Gates open at 6pm, bonfire lit at 6.30pm with fireworks from 7.30pm. Refreshments available. £3 entry for adults, free entry for children. Strictly no alcohol or fireworks / sparklers allowed on the field.

Bala – Gorwelion Centre: fireworks from 7pm. Food and refreshments available including hot dogs, burgers and mulled wine. Entry free but donations encouraged.

Criccieth – Criccieth Beach: community event – 6.30pm start with fireworks at 8pm, plus live music from Sera (6.30pm) and The Suspects (7.15pm), children’s entertainment and hot street food available. Free entry, but donations encouraged.

Trearddur Bay – Trearddur Bay Hotel: charity display in aid of Cancer Research UK. Gates open at 6pm, bonfire lit at 6.30pm with fireworks at 7pm. Free entry, but donations required.

SATURDAY 4TH NOVEMBER

Bangor – Beach Road annual display: 7pm start.

Beaumaris – Beaumaris Pier: Bonfire lit at 7pm by Mayor of Llanberis, Cllr Frank Rees, with fireworks at 7.30pm. Live music with Beaumaris Town Band from 4pm and Y Moniars from 9pm, plus food stalls. Entry £5 (includes free parking) with free entry for children under 12.

Bryngwran – The Iorwerth Arms: fireworks, live music from Judge Mental and hot dogs. 7pm start.

Caernarfon – Annual Caernarfon Lions/Town Council display on the promenade overlooking the Menai, starting at 6pm – food stalls from Caernarfon Food Festival, including hot dogs and drinks.

Glasfryn Parc, Y Ffôr – charity display in aid of Wales Air Ambulance. Food and refreshments from bar and cafe. 6.30pm start, free entry but donations encouraged. Ten Pin Bowling also available for pre-booking only.

Llandegfan – Penycefn Inn: community display in aid of Cylch Meithrin Llandegfan. Bonfire lit at 7pm with fireworks at 7.30pm. Hot dogs and sweets available plus raffle. Entry free.

Llangefni – Clwb Rygbi Llangefni: 7pm start. £5 adults, £3 for under 16s, £10 for family ticket (two adults and two children)

Rhosgoch – Y Ring: bonfire lit at 7pm with fireworks at 7.30pm. Hot food, drinks and merchandise available.

SUNDAY 5TH NOVEMBER

Blaenau Ffestiniog – Tanygrisiau Dam: 4pm start with fireworks from 6pm. Market stalls, food and entertainment. £5 entry for adults – free entry for accompanying children.

Holyhead – Penrhos Beach: annual charity display by Holyhead and District Round Table. Gates open at 5.30pm, bonfire lit at 6.15pm with fireworks from 7pm. £3 entry for adults, free entry for under 16s.

Pwllheli – Pontoon: charity display in aid of supporting muscular dystrophy. Stalls, hot food and refreshments available. 6pm start, free entry.

FRIDAY 10TH NOVEMBER

Talwrn – Village Hall: 6.30pm start, food and refreshments for sale. Entry £3 for adults, free for children.
