Porthmadog 2-0 Caernarfon Town
There’ll be a new name on the league cup at season’s end as Port pulled off a surprise Gwynedd derby win which knocked out the holders at the first hurdle. Caernarfon had not been beaten by their local rivals at Y Traeth in nine long years – but after a goalless, it took all a three minute spell after the break for Joe Chaplin and Cai Jones to secure a place in the second round.
