A man accused of murder in Bangor has appeared in court.
Brandon Sillence is charged with murdering Dean Skillin (20) from Caernarfon – he died from his injuries in hospital following a disturbance near the Waverley Hotel on Saturday night (19th September).
Sillence (24), from the Toronnen area of the city, is also accused of assaulting another man at the hotel, causing actual bodily harm.
He spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth when he appeared briefly at Llandudno magistrates court on Wednesday morning.
There was no application for bail and Sillence was remanded in custody until Friday, when he’s due to appear before a judge at Mold Crown Court.
