A woman has been left seriously ill in hospital after a four-vehicle crash on a roundabout near Caernarfon over the weekend.
The A487 Felinheli bypass was closed for around two hours on Sunday afternoon (12th May) after a motorcycle collided with a blue Renault Megane, an Isuzu D-max 4×4 and a white Ford Focus on the Griffiths crossing at around 4pm.
The female biker was airlifted to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor but later transferred to a specialist trauma unit at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
PC Daniel Edwards from the Western Roads Policing Unit in Llandygai said: ”We are appealing for witnesses to the collision, and are particularly keen on speaking to anybody who may have been travelling in or around the vicinity and who may have dash cam footage to contact us.”
