Two men have been questioned by detectives after a drugs raid in Llangefni.
Class B drugs and cash were recovered from an address from Bron y Graig on Wednesday. The suspects tried to flee the property when officers arrived.
Both men were arrested on suspicion of money laundering, possessing drugs and public order offences – they were questioned at Caernarfon police station but later released on bail while under investigation.
PC Mark Hobson said the raid took place after police received intelligende from the public: ”The teamwork of Anglesey officers resulted in drugs and cash seizures and a zero tolerance approach was taken regarding public disorder outside the address.”
Elsewhere in the North West, police arrested another man in a raid at an address in Bethesda on Thursday.
He has been questioned on suspicion of drug dealing and being involved in producing illegal substances.
